Angry Problem burping KOYO radiator

Hi guys. I just installed my new Koyo radiator last week & am having a hard time burping it. I have an Autometer water temp gauge in my car & am able to monitor the temp differences. Well, the car is running about 20-30 degrees F higher & always needs to be topped up after every cool down cycle, the coolant is always below the quantity sensor after the engine is shut off. Just to let you know, I'm no rookie. I've owned my FD for five years & do all my own maintenance, though I'm no professional mechanic. I"ve burped the stock radiator, my old Mazdacomp, & a generic stopgap (till I got the Koyo) rad, & never had to burp any of them for so long (over a week now). You guys with Koyos, did you experience any of this, or does anyone have another explanation? Any suggestions welcome.

Chris
