you really need ot examine a vacuum diagram to make sure you haev hoses in right place. from the lower intake manifold, one hose is of particular concern to primary function. The cahareg relief valve. when in primary turbo, it is on, and valve cloed. if there is no vacuum on that line (which gets supplied by chareg relief selenoid) then it will remain open. if it is open you will be dumping primary boost into the secondary, not a good thing at all could damage something. anyway, that woudl explain 5lbs of boost and probably teh rattling sound. CRV shoudl only be opened when secondary bosst matches or exceeds that of primary. with key on, make sure CRV rod is pulled in.

So where does that hose go to? It is coming from the right side of the lower intake manifold (Standing in front of the hood), and I could not trace to where it came from exactly, just from that general area. Where does it go to. KZ, if this fixes my problem you will be my new god lol. Thanks.

the CCR valve hose is pointed to in the pic. don't forget about the "U" shaped bend hose either.

This shows you eveything you need to know.

You not only have to test the hoses, but the actuators and selenoids themselves, also test the wiring.

cheers
