prime the twins?

I just replaced my old worn twins with a used low mileage set. I am finishing up the job today and was just wondering, do I need to prime the turbos before starting the car?
I saw something about priming the turbos, but it was on a new installation.
Any thoughts?

It certainly wouldn't hurt to pour some oil into them before connecting the oil feed line.

Could he just remove the FP fuse and crank until he build pressure up?

Whatever I read (and wherever) stated to turn the engine over with out giving it fuel until oil pumped through the turbos.
