it only spools to like 7-8 psi where the secondary will boost to 14-15 psi...also when i turn the key to the on position (with out cranking over the motor) i can hear a tick tick tick tick around the first turbo....any ideas what the noise is or what could cause it to not spool right. sometimes it sound like its leaking.....but have yet to source the leak...
