Primary boost problem

Primary boost problem
My primary turbo only boost around 7 psi.
The secondary boosts whatever i set the boost controller to.
I have sett the PFC to 2 bar. So that one will not affect it.
I have now set the boost to about 12 psi.
What can the problem be?
Is the precontrol letting to much air to the secondary?
If so, what is the solution?
I been reading alot about "pills", i got really no clue what that means.
Also read that the vacuum hose + pills will affect boost of primary.
Due to english is not my main language, some words and explenations, aint that easy for me to understand.
Anyway, any help is aprisiated.

This has a wealth of information on what does what and when.
I'm surprised no one has answered your question yet. I know that sqeuential issues can be really crummy, but don't worry, with a little patience, they can usually be solved.
The fact that you're making consistent boost off of your primary is a good sign that it might just be something relatively minor.
Let me explain what the pill is as plainly as I can. It is basically a restrictor (a nut), similar to that of a carburetor jet:
It's job is to provide restriction within the tube.
Not having the stock pills will result in the stock gate's spring pressure, thus having low boost on the primary turbo. What you can do is feel the stock hose to see if you feel any "hard" spots in there. This is a sign that the pills are still there. If not, you can either buy a stock hose from someone or build your own manual boost controller to adjust the pressure.

I installed a needle valve yesterday, and turned the valve all the way in and took 2 turns out.
First run and the car boosted about 11 psi.
Gonna tighten the valve a bit more so i get the 14 psi i want on it.
Also needed to change the relive valve on the secondary, it did not hold the pressure.
After that was done the car is going very well, apart from the transision.
I get 0,8 bar on the primary, 0,5 on the transition, and the 0,9 on the secondary.
What would i need to set the duty to to get an better transition?
