Well, there are too many factors to give one answer. But there are many things to consider, such as:
-mileage of chassis
-mileage of motor
-color, condition of paint
-manual vs. auto
-condition of interior/leather
-what kind of driver owned the car. Enthusiast vs. moron, young owner vs. more mature owner
-mods
-when these mods were installed
-if these mods were installed with reliability mods and fuel to compensate for the additional power
-if these mods suite your tastes (ie. NOT a veilside kit)
My best advice is to look at a few RX-7s to get a comparison, and chose the one you think is best. There are very nice ones out there for fair prices.
