pretty strong fuel smell!!! help!!!

OK i'll try to explain the problem as best i can. While under less than wide open throttle I am getting a deffinate gas smell. The tecnical service bulitin was preformed on the fuel lines already but if it had not been I would be convinced that was the problem. I have already replaced the injectors and the o rings for them. Help, I'm too young to die and I want to drive sooner rather than later. If you can point me in the right direction it would be great.

If ya hit up the search function you will get lots of posts but two big one it could be are the fuel pulsation damper and the fuel pressure regulator, both of these tend to leak after the car gets older.
