pressure tank line?

Can anyone help me locate the pressure tank line, it may be the solution to my 3rd generation's problem...there is no power, it won't idle, and it puffs black smoke...i heard it may be the map sensor hose or the pressure tank line....the map sensor hose is fine, so im guessing its the pressure tank line, i jus dont' know where that is. I will greatly appreicate any help

-thanks

The map sensor does not go to the pressure tank line. It goes directly to the back of the upper intake manifold. The pressure tank holds pressure to opperate the various solnoids for the sequential turbo control.
