Hi All,

Have any of you PowerFC owners ever had to send the thing out for repairs? If so, how long on average does it usually take. Mine was sent out like 5 months ago & I still don't have it back yet. I've called Apexi a few times, but have gotten a slightly different story each time. Starting to feel like i'm getting screwed here, what do you guys think?

 

All I can say is that five months is way to long. I don't think you are getting screwed most likely they are dragging their feet.

Ask to speak to the supervisor of the warranty/repair department. And have him get status/results for you. CALL HIM EVERY DAY for status so he will get sick of you and will actually put in time to get your power FC out the door.
