Power window problem....

My passenger window will roll down fine, but it wont go up at all, from the drivers side or passeneger. I took the panel off, unplugged the switch, and put 12 volts from a jump box to the pins in the connector, and it rolls up and down just fine doing it that way. So I dont think its the motor. I got another switch, and it still does the same thing. Is there a relay or something somewhere? What would stop the window from going up, while still allowing it to go down?

Try rotoryheads.com they have wiring diagrams isolated to show only the power window circuits.

What about the switch itself?
