Power Steering Idler Pulley Shaft Bolt?
I feel stupid, needed to get that out of the way first.
Ok, so what is the official word on how this is supposed to go together? I can't find any information about this bolt or the power steering idler pulley tensioner bolt in the workshop manual. Is the tensioner bolt supposed to thread into the shaft bolt? If so, does the orientation of the shaft bolt matter (it's open on both ends) and at what point in the assembly process do you thread the tensioner bolt through, before the pulley is placed on the shaft bolt or after?

Turn the long tensioner bolt all the way in clockwise. When it’s almost bottomed out hold the shaft ( part in your hand ) up onto the long tension bolt bottom while turning the tension bolt counterclockwise ( the bottom portion is left handed threaded ). This will pull it into position. The pulley spacer slides onto the shaft with the big end first, then the pulley, then the dust cover, then the nut. If you need any pictures I can snap a few.
