Does anyone know how/where to buy the hard lines in green on the attached picture? I can't seem to find new or used sets anywhere.

Maybe even what to buy to build them out myself?

 

Those typically are still attached to the rack. I'd post a want to buy on them, that's not going to be something that people would typically put up for sale. May be able to get some from someone who is going manual rack.

Also, that would be a REAL chore to try and make them, I'd buy some good used ones. They rarely if ever fail.

Thanks Dale, I'm actually doing exactly that. I had a WTB post on the lines without a bite now I've posted a new one asking for a full rack or the lines.

Also thought about pulling the parts together from brake line parts, but I'm not sure of the pressure rating of the OEM setup.
