Question With a Power FC, does KOKO move the turbo control actuator?

one of the steps in turbo diagnostics per BoostTest: is to key on key off and the turbo control actuator moves briefly, does it still move with a power fc ecu? posted this in the power fc section but not getting enough traffic.

Yes, the PFC controls the turbo system exactly the same way the OEM computer does

Checked voltages across solenoid E turbo control (pressure side) when koko and driving, only got 12 volts and release of pressure above 4500rpm, not on koko. soldered some long wires to the solenoid.

Checking the vacuum side. checked voltage across turbo contol solenoid by ACV by leaving the key on and applying the car battery positive cable off and on, no voltage across solenoid. a few other solenoids were activated, the wastgate and precontrol both dutied.

Since I got voltage above 4500 rpms on pressure side and not on koko, I'm thinking koko might not work for power fc.

zeroG, did you check? I appreciate if someone would check this out.
