Power difference between low compression and rebuild motor???

So I was thinking today. How much more power should I expect out of my car now compared to a month ago.
Then...
Motor still in perfect working order except slight coolant leak
60psi on front rotor and 68psi on rear rotor (tested)
349 rwhp on dynapack dyno (mods in sig)
Stock ports
Now...
Freshly rebuild motor (well almost done)
Still stock ports (didn't feel like the hassle of self porting right now)
I'm not looking for any answer that is exact just an estimate in gains.

compression is trivial at high rpm/power loads....
i was told this by rick engman, so don't try to flame me, he wrote the book on rotaries =\
i asked the same question, he said compression is going to be a big deal on low end torque, engine starting/cranking/hot starts, and cruising, but WOT full compression and lowered compression engines will have simliar power outputs

I asked this question to my mechanic and he said there is no real difference in power. In fact, he said some lower compresion engines can make higher power than higher compresion engines depending on hw the seals wear
. Basically, if the sides of the apex seals wear (not the tips) the tiny space it makes as the seal rocks back and forth in its groove will utilize the combustion more efficiantly. I'm no expert on this, so please don't flame me, that's the best way I can describe what he said. But, like 93BlackFD said, you'll have more problems with hot starts, etc...
