Post vacuum hose job/FI servicing, now getting a slightly high (1.2k) idle...

Hey folks, my car's all back together. Did the 11 year refresh, changed all the vacuum hoses with Baker's precision silicone, got the FI's serviced by RCEng, changed all of the check valves (with a combination of valves from Pettit (2) and metal SMC (2)), eliminated/capped the PCV, capped the connection on the UIM for the purge control from the catch tank, changed the radiator (to an all aluminum CSF 1 row core), and changed all the coolant/heater hoses. Car's running super right now, with only 1 problem. The cars idling at 1,200 rpm. I've adjusted both the TAS (Throttle Adjusting Screw) and AAS (Air Adjusting Screw) to their absolute lowest settings, but the car doesn't idle any lower. Does anybody have any ideas on what's causing my car to idle so high?

Thanks!

OK, after determining the problem is not a vacuum leak (using carb cleaner), I was able to lower the idle via the throttle stop (at least I think that's the name) and adjusting the throttle cable a little. Now the car idles at a perfect 750 rpm. Question that I have is, before this, I tightened the Air-Adjusting Screw (AAS) all. Is this OK, or should I open it up some and adjust the Throttle-Adjusting Screw (TAS) down a little?

Thanks!
