Oh be nice and humor the poor guy. This is Greddy/Trust 32 R-spec (3row)
I didn't bother to measure it. Core is roughly 4" thick. You can see the fit well enough from this image.

This is the Greddy 2-row, I don't know the external deminsions either but I had to trim some of the bumper to make it fit. The pipes were just aluminum and I polished them myself, along with the greddy elbow. The fitment was really poor and I was unimpressed with greddy's kit, but in the end I really like it now.
