I switch off in the summer between the PGT and RX-7...However, this summer I'd been driving the 7 more, and when I wasn't I was driving the Honda. 40+ mpg is hard to argue with, and the Probe's been getting between 17-20. It's time to change the o2's, but I just had too much going on with the FD this summer. I'm sure you know how that is! :P
Would it be seriously bad for the engine?
I'm curious because I'm looking at buying a scoot hood with large vents. It doesn't rain often here, but I would want to be prepared in case it looks like it might rain. I would think leaving the rain trays in all the time would defeat the functionality of having a vented hood.
