Yes!

At least if it is IKEA...

I've hauled a 6' stepladder - push the passenger seat all the way up, remove cargo divider, load 'er up.

Nothing beats an FC for moving stuff, you can cram a PILE of junk in the back of an FC. Moved once with an FC - chest of drawers, recliner, you name it.

I hauled an exhaust to IRP. That is just about the biggest thing I have had in the car. That and the corpse I had to throw in the hudson. Just had to remove the divider and put the PS seat down.

nothing huge in the FD, but I got a sousaphone (marching band tuba) into the back of my old celica, not much bigger rear hatch than the FD, I can imagine some pretty big and strange things will fit in these cars if positioned correctly. My cousin moved from Omaha to Colorado in his FB and I've also riden around in the hatch of an FC, there's room where you least expect it.

Yes it is. I'm very sure. It is standing in my kitchen.

Must have been a sight=). I once put three 180+cm (6+ feet) guys in my FD with rear seats and that was a sight...

Since this thread is apparently not FD only, here's my submission. That's a Black Knight 2000 pinball machine in the 85 CRX. The passenger seat was unbolted and put in the passenger footwell. Had to remove remove the shift **** to get it in 5th/Rev. Drove over 1000 with the pin in the car. Rust claimed the CRX, but I still have that Black Knight 2000.

I fit 8 wheels/tires in my FD once (4 stockers, and an extra set of Super Advans) when I went to the track to try and learn how to drift.
