Possible to measure turbos?

Possible to measure turbos?
Are there specs that I can measure the turbos to see if they need a rebuild. Their coming off to find this coolant leak. I will check the exhaust manifold for cracks as well and finally do the complete non-seq mode. Last time I checked them there was no shaft play.
