Possible to have around 400rwhp from stock twins reliably?

In addition the compressor wheel inducer are 1mm smaller then out std twins.
They're simply more efficient due to wheel design and the abradeable compressor housing.
Why they made 280hp???? more boost....~11-12psi

My car did make 354. It spiked to 13 and came back down to 10 as far as boost levels go.There is a video of the dyno runs. That should shut up you cornholes also there were about 3 rx7club guys to witness.
