I was wondering if it would be possible for me to put a dual exhaust system on my 94 RX7. I haven't been able to look under the car cause I'm still waiting for it to be delivered. Has anyone done this or know if its possible?

I'm sure it could be fabricated, but I can't see any reason to do it from a performance standpoint. Do you have reasons for doing this?

 

There was a thread discussing this recently, including photoshopped pics. It would be difficult and would serve no functional purpose as a free-flowing single exhaust already flows more than enough air.

 

Extensive modificaton to the gas tank would be required. Really not worth it. IMO, a single looks better anyway.

 

I know that it wouldn't offer any performance. I just think it would look cool on the car. Thanks for the help. There's a guy in town that can to this pretty reasonably. About the same price as a normal single exhaust.

yep, pretty much just gas tank.... I wouldnt recommend it, its cool to be original.. But a big headache...
