Possible Boost Problems

Where should I look to see possible boost problems? I am noticing that my vacuum is normal but my boost goes to like 7psi!!!! that is in every gear.

What is the 1 Inch diameter hoses? which ones are they talking about? are they the ones that run to the air box? the trouble shooting guide talks about these 1 inch hoses that can leak, where are they?

The hoses coming from the charge relief and blow off valves going to the y pipe.
