pop up headlight adjustment

how do u adjust the height of the beam? Is there a way to do this? I was just reading through the crappy manual that the factory gives u with the car, and couldnt find anything about adjusting the angle of the beam. Or is there no way to do it, which I was hopefully doubting.

The mounting screws on the top of the headlight is where you can move the beam. The clip that holds the ligth in place just stays there and the screw will turn inside it.
