Poor Man's Non-sequential

I've been looking and I can't find a good how-to for the poor man's non-sequential conversion. I went to the Don't Be a Rikki site and I can't find where the how-to is. Any help would definately be appreciated.

No non-sequential is just setting up both turbos to run in parrallel, almost like a single in that the both spool up at the same time, but you're still using two seperate turbos.

There are two ways of doing the non-sequential. The poor man's conversion is the one that doesn't involve welding and milling.

Correct CYM. The poor mans conversion doesn't involve porting the wastegate, etc.
