I dunno... sleepy just looks broken to me.

Here is my 2 cents'. Personally I am a top speed kind of guy. so I want the least amount of drag I can get. In an ideal world. I would close up everything I could on the underside of my car. duct everything and basically build my FD as close to a formula car as I could get it and still keep it as a street car. Full interior, aerodynamic exterior slammed as low as she could go. So back to the point..... Pop-ups increase drag drag slows you down even with our cars. 1 mph more is still faster, so it's worth the work and price to me to go slick

Btw where can I get the KS headlights? The ones I found cost as a fifth of my car thats about 3000+ dollar...

I can order them for you, since I have an account with KS.

But, last time I checked, the KS headlights were being discontinued.

There is a difference between "sleepy" and lower rising pop-up's. The Knightsport kit is not "sleepy". Sleepy implies it's not rising to full height; the KS kit rises to full height. It's just a different height than stock. Now when people just partially raise a stock headlight (i.e. "sleepy"), that does look broken.

The KS lights have been discontinued for quite sometime now. We have been bringing over kits for several members.
This is Ryans Bellof HID kit

IMO, the covers are pretty flimsy on the KS kit, they are made out of thin fiberglass. Supposedly fitment and lighting is average, can not attest to that as I have not personally fitted them (hopefully soon for my own car). It gives the best of both worlds, gives the sleekeness of the popups when they are down and modernizes them when they are up. Doesn't get any better and that is one of many reasons I went back to the pop-up head lights.

unfortunately when mixing hid with reflectors you get glare all over the place and a bad beam pattern... hid is meant to be used on projectors with a proper cutoff. I'll take a picture of my light output tonight so you guys can see what I'm talking about!

sorry guys I'm not what you could call pro at taking picture heh! But here's a pic to give you an idea of what kind of beam I have :) I still need to adjust the projector tho.
