Yes, I have done a search but did not find anything on polishing the wheels. What materials will I need, what kinda time frame am I looking at, and what price will it run me for all 4 wheels?

It doesn't take that long. If you know what you're doing...you can do it fairly quickly...but yes it is labor intensive.

Could you do it with a sand blaster and some glass beads?

The above is right on the money.

If the surface is rough its gonna need to be ground down smooth, if its smooth already its just a matter of stripping off any coatings/paints & taking 2-3 different grades of rouge to it to get that desired sheen. The whole process is very TEDIOUS but if ur a learner it can be done. My guess on a STOCK FD wheel from start to finish wld be approximately 5 hrs/wheel. Thats for a beginner w/ the appropiate tools.
