Question Please help sunroof wiring !!!

All right I have installed a shaved door handle kit witch can control up to seven functions. I have the kit wired up to close the sunroof by hooking up a 30 to 40 amp five prong relay in between the switch and the motor relay and it works fine, but when I did the same set up to the opening side it did not work. Every thing I try just blows a fuse. Any one know how I should wire this up?

Have you downloaded the 94 FSM and wirring diagram from the sticky at the top of the forum it would probably help you find the wirring problem, relay is most likely misswired, shouldn't the relays beserated in such away that these's no possible way for the open and close signals to happen at the same time ? ? .

Yes I have the book. The wiring is the same way as my windows and the closing side of the sunroof. Also the relay is an spdt 30 to 40-amp relay witch is wired up for reverse polarity out put. Witch means it well put out 12v to the motor when activated but when not activated it lets the switch work as it normally would. I have it wired up on the yellow and red wire witch splits off to the relay and the motor. When I hit the switch it puts out 12v so there is no reason why it should not work. The only other thing I can think to do is put it on the solid yellow wire running from the relay to the motor, but I think that well just make it close.

Also the close is the yellow and blue wire.

If I understand you correctly and your using a single pole double throw with the off position on the relay wired so the sunroof operates normally from the interior controls and the other position opens the sunroof how is it supposed to close sunroof ? ? ? It's not a three position throw so I don't see it working.

To close the sunroof there is a separate relay. Witch is on the yellow and blue (Y/L) wire and it is working fine.
