PLEASE help the new guy

ok im looking for and buying a 3 gen rx what whould i be looking for and how much do u guys think i should be paying for one of thoes (ballpark) And what should i be hesitant about. i know there non relaiable but i have an ok income, where i could fix them so there right reliable. and i love the 3 gen rx7's please try to give me some info. greatlly appreashed!!!

i use to say that have 3-5k for a new engine and you'll be fine, now im gonna add have a beater as well as it sucks d*ck not having a ride to the auto store to get a 2 dollar part which can easily fix your car.
