When I got out of my car it was running fine. I shut it down with my remote start. When I started it back up, it was idling very low and rough. My vacum was between 12-16 and my ABS light was on, my charge battery light was on, and my add coolent and oil lights where on. My oil, and collent levels were just about full. I just got my car back after an engine fire. I have no clue whats going on.

Please help.

 

The alternator is dead or you are not getting juice back to the battery. When the alternator goes, you get all those warning lights. It's running bad because the car won't engage the air pump without juice from the alternator, so you are running VERY rich.

 

Thanks rynberg, thats exactly what the problem was. It was a little hard to get in, especially since the pulley that came on the new alternator was to larger then stock.
