PLEASE HELP!...can only get 7 PSI with AVC-R
I recently had an Apex'i AVC-R installed in my 94 FD. In monitor mode with the settings off, I can only boost at 7 PSI (.53 kg/cm^2) even above 4500 rpm. I thought that I had a vaccum leak somewhere but last night I set the controller to boost at 9 PSI just to see if the controller was working properly but it stayed the same. Then I tried to lower the boost but my turbos still boosted at 7. So it seems like I can't control boost at all.
I did a search for AVCR and could not find anything that would remedy my problem. I have carefully read the information posted on the following web sites:
http://www.scuderiaciriani.com/rx7/AVC-R_install.html
http://www.rx7turboturbo.com/robrobi..._r_install.htm
Could someone please help me find a solution to this problem? The controller is wired properly to the ECU because it monitors all the parameters its suppossed to properly. I have disconnected the factory solenoids and have properly plugged them both.
THANKS IN ADVANCE!

do you hear your solinoid from the avc-r "clicking" when the boost comes on? if no...start your troubleshooting there.
if your solinoid is not operating corectly, you will not see more than 7psi no matter the setting.
if i remember correctly with the stock twins you should be pluging both.
