what have you checked so far? what have you done so far besides changing the oil?

did you accidently unplug a hose or maybe break something? go back and check all your hoses.

its smoking? well, after letting it sit for 4 months did you hop in the car and go WOT around town? or is it smoking just from starting.

need more info...

(why would you own one of these if you cant do some simple diagnosis things yourself?!)

no i didnt take the car out around town for ur information, it smokes wen started and the only thing i did was the pulleys, removed the air pump and i took the intake manifold off to have it polished. when i did so i noticed ALOT of vaccum lines, could the vaccum lines be the cause of the HIGH idle, also idk wat to check for so i havent, could the power FC have anything to do with it?

My guess is that you did not reconnect, broke, or pulled/pinched off a vacuum line when you removed the UIM for polishing. Is is easy to do. Take off the UIM and recheck all of the lines. Replace any that look suspicious. If the hoses have never been replaced, I would do them all. I doubt the Power FC has anything to do with it since you said it was working fine before but just in case check the settings to make sure it has not changed.

Compression check.

It's probably something to do with the UIM or some hose/pipe disconnected.

I know it may sound simple But check the map sensor. It is located on the firewall by the TB. I forgot to hook it up once. Anyways BE CAREFUL with the lines under the UIM I cant tell you how fragile they or some of the sensors are. Just recheck your work and go from there.
