Haha, how? I don't. I had saved around $6,000 dollars when I turned 16. My dad gave me his truck and bought a new one. I sold the truck last year for $9,000. I bought my FD this year for $8,000. I then had $7,000 left, I spent $1,000 on a beater and spent $5,000 on the FD. I now have $1,000 and I have been making money. I have now taken out a loan and am trying to get a single kit and rebuild my engine. I am not having a lot of luck, I am in a lot of debt, and I am selling a ton of stuff I own. I just love the car so much I don't have the heart to sell it and admit defeat (that I can not afford it). So I just keep trying.

I believe there is a video on the net that shows how crapy the rest of the car really is. I had it at my computer at home, but since I am at school I cant get to it. If you really want to see it, I am sure you can find it.

You are potentially hurting your future for a car. Not smart. Credit means a lot later in life. Taking out a loan to do a single turbo setup is plain dumb.

I know you "young-ens" hate receiving advice you don't want to hear, but I'm going to say it anyway -- college and moving forward with your life is much, much more important than any car. Go to school, keep your **** together, and you can buy a nice car later.

It's not admitting defeat, it's being smart.

I have seen that car before and it is horrendous. The paint, that wing, those rims are terrible. Dont get me started on the interior.

I think the only thing that is salvageable is the engine.

A good excuse to steal this car, it should be liberated from its owner.
Maybe we should start a "Free the RX-7's" thingy, similar to Greenpeace to save these beutiful machines from ricers...

But ok, from joke to more serious matter.
Is it just me or have a lot of ricers gotten their hands of FD's lately? I did a search on the web and there is quite a few riced RX-7's starting to pop up...
