A Pillar, Anyone fixed a broken one?

Broke the connector on our Driver side A pillar. It doesn't look like anything we can replace. Has anyone figured out a way to attach the A Pillar without the factory plastic pieces?

plastic bumper repair kit or mar - glass it..... that will work if i'm picturing what your sayin right ... got a pic
