So its only affixed by a screw on one side, not two? I would think two would be better, I think the 99s use two...

You'd better take a look at the assembly before you start trying to redesign it...

The turn signals have a tab that locks into the bumper on one end. Only one screw is required to secure the light.

Looks like I gotta join the bandwagon and order some. Those lights look GREAT!
Does anyone have any information on the HID option? Install process?

Thanks.

Personally I don't like the smoke lense. It affects the brightness and the bulbs are not that strong. Also less of the Mustang/Camaro "I went to Pep Boys and blacked out my lights look".

Do you have them? The reason I ask is, Jason couldn't tell the difference between smoked and clear in bad light. From what I saw, the tint isn't overwhelming, just an accent.

Although the tint isn't overwhelming, there is no doubt a noticeable difference between the two. Reason I say this is bec. he accidentally sent me the smoked first. Now I have the clear and it looks totally different on the car. BTW...I have a black FD.

Not totally true. What people fail to realize is that plastic exterior pieces need care too. Just clean and polish them with lense cleaner/polisher from autozone every year or so.

They will be sparkling for years and years to come

Yep, I have the clear, but was sent the smoke originally. It is like lightly tinted windows. In certain light you don't see much of a difference. In other light there is a major difference.

Hands down.....Clear with Black looks better on a Black FD in my opinion. I had both on and the smoke just makes the front nose looks smaller if that makes any sense. With the clear lenses on, it accents the front nose and they def. stand out. Absolutely an OEM look.

Post a pic when you get them installed.

Did you order the black/clear? Or the polished with clear lens?

One question guys, are the smoked with polished housing available yet and will bananaRE produce them at all? I believe twinturboteddy (yellow Fd, pics in 1 page of this thread) had them installed as a prototype and haven't seen them anymore besides on his yellow fd. I'd really love to see them on red fd.
