Their cables seem pretty long. Do you know what gauge the wire is? or can you comment on the quality of the wire etc.

I believe they cost around $115, possibly more.

I installed mine about a month ago. Works very well. I only used three of the straps though. Still helped clean the car up especially up top. Doesn't give you power, it just lets you use all of your power.

That looks real nice.. did it come with any installation instructions? I can't see paying that much for it though, you could make that kit for about $15.. but you wouldn't get the pretty color choices!

I do not know the gauge but these things are THICK. They are better quality construction than I expected and thicker than I expected. I purchased them directly from the manufacturer, http://www.sunautomobile.com

The kit (also comes with a new battery terminal and washers) cost me $103.50 + $11.17 shipping = $114.67 total

It did come with generic install instructions, but I there will have to be some differences for our specific cars.

Look at this thread:

by the way, i think that i will cut a few inches off one of the longer cables and make a nice muffler ground.

Below is a picture of one of the grounds i used. This particular one is from the UIM to the chassis. It appears to be thicker than the HGS. The HGS one looks more like 6 gauge, maybe thinner.

I'm not doing my grounding like the HGS system really..i'm just bein innovative. If you are getting the "X", just right click on the "X" and select SHOW PICTURE. It should work.
