Pictures of Apex N1 Duals on the FD

I searched for a few minutes and couldn't find any pictures except one where they were FILTHY, lol. I want something that's "true dual" for the V8. I know they are probably the least restrictive exhaust available for the FD with dual 2.5" pipes (I would just modify the back portion and make them true duals from each header.

Anyways, post up!

I am running the Apex N1 dual. It would be very easy to modify it to be a true dual for a V8. Cutting and welding it would not be hard at all, since its splits into two pipes from the flange which is connected to the Midpipe. Here are some pics I have of the N1 duals on my FD.

I wish i could post more, but I cant crop them down far enough to get them below the flie size limit.

Just go with a magnaflow 2 in, 1 out. It will sound much better, and wont look ricey, and it will flow as well or better than any other muffler made. Period.

EDIT: I should say, because it is your car and not mine, that in your position, *I* would go with what I suggested.

Thanks for the complements. The rear diffuser is from RotaryExtreme, it’s a copy of the one RE Amemiya makes.

I had originally bought it because it looked cool and was supposed to be functional on the track, but I didn’t think it would really work. I thought wrong. Previously, on the track I noticed at +120mph the car, particularly the rear end, became light. An unnerving feeling at 120-140mph. I needed less lift and I didn’t want a huge spoiler, so I gave the rear diffuser a try. It smoothes out the air that passes underneath the car, keeping it more planted to the ground. I have briefly tested it on the track and there is a noticeable difference.

Sorry for high-jacking you thread, I’ll make it up to you by posting more pics of what you were looking for.

^^Here more pics as promissed. If you dont go with the Apex set up, I suggest you go with what i have always wanted to do to my FD; side exhaust. The Exhaust, as seen on the GT500 below would be killer on a FD! Well thats my opponion anyway.
