Thumbs up Pics of my new ebay brake rotors!!!

$234 shipped for slotted, dimpled and zinc plated Brembo front rotors and Bradi rears. It was a special order because they usually cross drill them but I only wanted dimples. I think they came out great! What do you think???

I bought a set of Ebay rotors just like that for 130 over a year ago, they work awesome, the same company boosted the price up to around 200 something now though. No brake fade and no warping after hard driving. Fit was perfect, install was less than 20 minutes

Are these real brembo rotors? How big are the rotor vents compared to the stock ones? I've seen some cheap aftermarket slotted/x-drilled rotors with smaller vents than stock. I want to get some aftermarket rotors in the near future but I'm a bit scared to order some "brembo" rotors from ebay.

Do you know if they have *just* slotted ones?

This had been discussed before, some people with access to milling machines buys the regular Brembos and machine them to resell. So yes, they are Brembo, and no, Brembo doesn't machine them.

Just curious - Will Brembo rotors always have the Brembo "b" stamp on them? I have several pairs with the stamp but have some without (but came in Brembo boxes).

Are these cheap knockoffs or are they really Brembos?

they are real brembos.

brembo does alot of work for other companies and they just stick their names over the brembo logos.

of course they are not super high quality brembos, just regular rotors.

ok I finally got to install these beauties, it was easy.

For the rears, just remove wheels and calipers and the old ones come out. If they're stuck just a few wacks with a rubber mallet will do the trick, I only had one stuck, the passenger rear.

The fronts, after removing wheels and calipers, are held by two #3 phillips head bolts. Mine came out easily but if yours are rusted they may be really stuck in there.

and Voila, new pimpin' brakes!

pics tomorrow...

Here they are on my car ! Enjoy!

BTW - Mine are cross-drilled thru (not dimpled).

I also bought some slotted only rotors off eBay a while back for $173 shipped. The only thing is that they rust pretty easily. I'm talking about the exposed rotor hat and egdes that the pads don't come into contact with. I ended taking a wire brush/drill to them to remove the rust and then coated them with high-temp clear coat. Problem solved.

they look great! What brake pads did you go with, and how much did they cost? Thanks. I've been itching to jump at these for a while, but wanted to hear more positive things about them. Thanks.

I went with the Hawk HPS pads (front & rear). Work great!
