Wow, I am really impressed. The rims and the driver's seat are just amazing. Makes me want to sell my wheels and pick up a set of those. Yummy

Hey thanks again all for the compliments but they should really be directed at Mazda LOL. With the styling, there obviously was NO creativity on my part with the car, just the bit by bit purchase of the small JDM parts to give it a subtle modern change. The parts took a couple years to accumulate and
set me back a little financially at a time when I shouldnt have been spending (but I guess a lot of people on this forum are in the same boat!). The seats are the original Spirit-R recaros but I didnt buy them new (who in their right mind would?).

Nice Aristo!

Our cars will be near twins when I get my RE '99 replica nose on to go with the 18" RGR's. The Stop Techs rule BTW, but I envy your v-mount.

Yeah I was thinking the same thing a few weeks ago when I saw a picture of your car! Glad to hear the Stoptechs worked out so well for you, but sorry about the shipping mess-up. I would love to see some pics when you get RE's front end on.

Wow, after all the work I've been doing to my car in the last few months, it shows me that I'm not even close.

The intake and v-mount was done by Chuck Huang at Rotary Extreme when the car was owned by Tom Griesel (tgriesel). The intake is very much like the M2 and other aluminum intakes on the market. Actually Tom put a ton of money and planning into the car with the v-mount and engine rebuild before I bought it in a form that looked externally completely stock. Given the way cops have become here in Cali, maybe that was a smarter approach.
