Looks pretty sweet. It will probally look a lot better when it is painted. Im guessing you don't really have 550 hp though. But nice mods.

Does it smoke when you drop off the throttle? For example, you on it making positive pressure then let off?

If so, what are you using for an oil pressure restriction to the turbo? I believe the factory oil pressure is something like 120 psi, and plugging this straight into the turbo will cause excess oil pressure to leak through the turbo and have the exhaust housing / downpipe burn it when vacuum pressure is on the engine.

Something you might also check is the oil blowback pressure. You have a check valve that releases the oil pan pressure (near the oil filler neck). Check to make sure this works. If you get a lot of pressure in the oil pan, the oil has to go some where... and this being back up the oil drain line and through the turbo.

The last think I would check would be to make sure the oil drain line isn't kinked or somewhat restricted in any way.

Start with the basics here, then you can look at other options (ie engine.. ).

Try a search on crank case venting. Just like Mike said the oil has no where to go and cant drain back.

I think it all may have started by me putting too much oil in my rx maybe a half a quart?? would that blow my rear turbo seal? it smokes at an idle and when i make positive pressure then let off. it smokes a considerable amout (small cloud) I just dont know what i did to influence it ?? if it was an oil pressure thing then i think it wouldnt smoke so much at idle!? thanks for your replys

The XS T04S turbos have major problems. They put too small of an oil restrictor in the turbo causing major bearing/seal damage and eventually you will need a complete rebuild. Bi-State Customs has serviced many of these due to XS enginnerings mistake. Here is Bi-State Customs phone number if you want them to fix it much less than XS will charge you.

There aren't any other ways around it. I know you don't want to hear this but it's only going to get worse.

The oil weight won't make any differance. The higher octane rating doesn't make it run any leaner. Higher octane gas only burns slower. I PM'd you back.

Just trying to help.
