It's located between the battery and the ic on the right side. It's the pulley on top of the other pulley. Is that the power steering one? Also, can I just replace this pulley with an aftermarket one without purchasing the entire set?

It’s the power steering pulley, Yes you can. Unorthodox makes Anodized aluminum ones in different colors--they sell them indivudually as well.

 

Also ShaneRacings own line of Indiglo pulleys. They sell them seperately as well... although slighlty more expensive http://www.shaneracing.com/sr93plly.html
