PFC question..

I searched this topic because I know I have seen something about this before, but I couldn't find it again,so I figured i'd see if anybody could help me out..Will the Apexi PFC work with an automatic FD?If so,will I lose my "hold" feature? And if not, which ecu's will work with an automatic transmission?I have decided that I will probably just have my tranny built to hold more power,as opposed to attempting a manual swap..Any help will be greatly appreciated!
