Question PFC Needed?

The mods on my car are Hks FMIC, DP, MP, CB, intakes, 99 spec turbos(non-abreadable<sp?> seals). My question is at what point of modification will I need to get a Power FC. I have seen a few posts about people that need them at a certain point but nothing specific. Any guidance is appreciated.
