Pettit Column Mount Fitment Help

Ok I have this bad boy on but need to glue it down. What did yall use? Ive heard silicone. I tried JB weld but didnt work all that great. Also my guage keeps poppin out, how do i keep it in place?

I don't have the Pettit Racing one, but I have the RX-7 Store version which is slightly different. However, I just used some dabs of RTV. Sticks great and easy to remove if you have to do some work.

First make sure the wiring is pulled out of the way of the gauge. Also check the column wiring under the gauge and check to see if the gauge is striking the back of the pod with the prongs. If it is clip those puppies.
Next get a wide rubber band and wrap it around the gauge after its in and press the band up against the pod. This should help.
