Performance #'s without a G-Tech Pro

So I'm guessing there's a relatively simple formula for determinning 0-60 and 1/4 mile times based on weight and horsepower.

If we know (I don't) the weight of an R1 and a Touring model, can someone put together a graph that will show 0-60 and 1/4 mile times based on steadily increasing horsepower ratings?

If I'm making 290 RWHP in my R1 then it would be nice to know what these potential figures might be without resorting to clutch frying, tire shredding, old-lady endagering real world testing... plus it'll save me $200 on a G-tech Pro...

Any mathmeticians out there?

Aha! Silly me. However I have to think that you would need a baseline RX-7 run from which to extrapolate. Like the stock numbers - 14 sec 1/4 mile I think. That would be needed to take into consideration our (stock) gear ratios.

Are these online calculators reliable? Anyone have a favorite which they've cross-checked with real world figures?

They are highly dependent on driver ability and the traction (tires). But if you want to play with numbers from a delta approach, the stock car is good for around 5.0 and 14.0.
