Question performance of old turbos...?

My turbos have 104k miles on them...

if they're still boosting ideal PSI, would a new set of turbos boosting the same amount of PSI perform better or the same?

I would assume that if regaurdless that they are old, if the work fine, they work fine. Might be a good time for the old adage, "if it aint broke, dont fix it," but thats just me. My turbos are original at 80K and the second is dicking up, will probably have to replace.
