and with the stock radiator, do you get any cooling issues at all?
I started with a Dremel cut off disk and then realized it would have taken forever so I drilled the spot welds out. Even after all the welds were drilled it was still stuck on their pretty good so I banged around the perimeter with a cold chisel till it finally fell off. After I was done I painted it with a Rustoleum primer and then a top coat of Mazda touch up paint.

No overheating issues at all, although I don't run the car on a road course. I drove it in a few hours of stop and go traffic on a 90F+ day with no problems, and plenty of "spirited" driving at 14psi+ on days in similar conditions with no cooling problems at all. Idle and crusing temps are 87C and max water temp at the top of a 14psi 0-120mph pull was 91C.

Shinobi-X - Thanks for the compliment on the site. It needs to be updated and I want to freshen the look.

Thanks!

That was my goal with the car anyways.

More than likely it will become some sort of showish car. I am still in denial about the power it will make. It just doesn't seem real. Just something about over 600 rwhp @ low boost (11 - 13 psi) and over 800 rwhp @ mid boost ranges (17 - 19 psi).

It will most likely be way too much anyways. The car will become a slug at that point. ?? Who knows. I will post some video of it when its completed.
