What mods do you have?

Make sure the car is nice and warmed up before heading over to get it tested. I would recommend setting up an appointment, just to make sure you don't have to wait for a spot and let the car cool down too much.

Before heading over for the test, do some highway driving, around 10-15 minutes.

If your car is stock, the first place I'd think to look is the Oxygen Sensor. The O2 sensor needs to be replaced on a periodic basis.
