My passenger side mirror shakes like hell everytime i hit a bump. I keep thinking its about to fall off. Even at idle the mirror shakes. Any ideas on how to fix this, before it falls off. I dont want to go buy a new one.

I imagine you can take you interior door panel off and tighten it "from the backside"

 

twist the mirrors and you will see the two external screws holding the mirror down.. Tightening of that should help.. If not.. than.. do what JDMrx7 said.. goto the inside the door panel and tighen it or glue it down..
