One word: cyanoacrylate IE: Super glue! Any brand except the gel formulation, it sucks BTW, don't sniff it unless you want to be a mouth breather for the rest of your life.

Thumbs up Passenger door handle

Mine was brokenwhen I bought the car. I took the door panel off, removed the handle parts from the door. I used a combination of an old licence plate and cut a coupole of pieces in the generl shape and size of the area to patch.I trimmed the plastic cover and fitted the metal, shaping it over a round piece of pipewith a ball hammer and molded it to span the break. I used a combination of really strong adhesive,ie apoxys. I fitted it to the mounting plate of the door while It dried holding it in place with lots of rubber bands as tight as I could.

I put a piece of felt over the metal for a nicer grip and bolted it back on. It is very strong and I have tried to grab it and slam the door to see if it could standup, It hs for a year now.

It takes some time, ingenuity, patienceand It works.

Red face

Go to the hardware store and get some JB Weld, it's an epoxy that you have to mix together but it works great.
