oooOOOOooo, free shipping!

Also, if you do business through paypal.com that makes things a bit easier for some of us that use it.

I assume there will be tax for california residence?

You have to make your prices competitive or you have to have products that no one else has. If not, people will continue to purchase from their 'regular' stores.

oooOOOoo, stock on racing seats. I noticed that places like the rx7store and others dont' stock or even distribute racing seats/harness/roll cages/bars etc. It might be something you could do. Just get a dealer license from those companise and run group discounts or something.

that would be very nice....

the roll-cages is an excellent idea too, just some 'bolt-on' roll-cage, i'm sure it would sell pretty well...

awesome customer service is a must (people who know the parts, not on hold long, no BS...)

my $.02

Dumb question---- What is your web site address? That might help

Spark plugs that are for the 7 cheap (do a search and you'll find prices all over the place)
Low resistant plug wires (no autozone junk)
Oil filters
Gas filters
Vaccum lines in all sizes and sell by the foot (misc colors would be nice and ones that are in mm sizes not in")
Bushings (the ones that wear out the fastest) not the full set. Cant afford 400-800 for the whole set.
Big fat 18" gold chains and rings to wear j/k

Turbo & Intercooler kits would be nice. Porbably doesn't matter what brand since most popular kits out are pretty good but if price is good I won't complain.

However, I should say while it's good to see another person willing to offer good prices (since you are just starting out your business) I should say that as a new guy, prices are always not hard to beat by guys that are already 'established' like the store. You can offer a thing only so cheap, and they can price match or even beat your prices simply because they have the volume and has been around longer.

So it would not be so motivating when you are selling a turbo kit and earning $5. Sell that to me.

Just some advice since I have friends that are still in this business I know the industry pretty well.

Timmy

I wish someone would stock the obscure stuff that everyone wants at more reasonable prices:

Foglight switch
Center console
A/C panel
Black interior parts
Aluminum door sills
Stock strut braces
Stock leather seat covers
Stock shift *****

All these items are way overpriced out of Mazda imo, if you can get these at discounts, you'd sell a million of them.

Nathan Kwok is right. Get a discount on those expensive factory plasitc parts that everyone wants/needs and then go advertise that you got them for sale. Most people will probably buy since you should be a little under what the dealer wants. And you should be able to get a discount from your local dealer if you buy so many of each thing.

Ive looked at carrying some stock parts and the discount sucks through Mazda. They pretty much force people to buy it from them.

If you can get good prices on HKS stuff, I know tons of people who will buy from you. Everybody keeps about the same prices on HKS and they're all expensive. I know I paid an arm and a leg for all my HKS stuff!! And carry the Bosch 1600cc injectors. Don't waste your time with the 1300's
